Seoul is not only the capital of Korea, it is a soon to be fashion capital of the world. Seoul, which is pronounced like the word "soul" is a city that I personally aspire to visit. Women here dress with a relaxed chicness that is unbeatable. I love their effortless style and their fun carefree spirit that only lives in Seoul.
